Initial setup

In this guide, we will explain how to set up Torgstat, an analytics service for your business on the Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market marketplaces.

So that you can explore all the features of our service, we offer a trial period — 7 days. To activate the trial period, select Free on the pricing screen after registration.

Set up connections to your seller dashboards on marketplaces

Open the My Store – API Connections section and set up connections to your dashboards on the marketplaces following the instructions:

Wildberries

Ozon

Yandex Market

Usually, the initial data upload after setting up the connection takes up to 4 hours. Therefore, we recommend setting up the connection right after registration.

Set your tax rate

In the My Store – API Connections section, click the three dots on the store connection – Edit. Go to the Tax tab. Select your tax system, check the VAT and tax rate.

Enter the cost price for products

After the initial data upload is complete, you can enter the cost price for products.

Both bulk upload via file and manual entry through the interface are available. Learn more about entering the cost price in the guide — How to enter the cost price?

Set up access for colleagues

You can grant full access to all stores or select specific connections and reports for them. Learn more about setting up access — Access Management
