What is FBS

FBS (Fulfillment by Seller) allows the seller to store goods in their own warehouse and assemble orders independently. Ozon picks up the goods by courier, or the seller delivers them themselves. Ozon handles the subsequent delivery.

RFBS (Real Fulfillment by Seller) allows the seller to fully control the cycle from storage to delivery. The seller can use their own couriers or partners.

RealFBS is suitable for stores with their own logistics; large-sized goods (up to 5,000 kg); businesses operating in a specific region.

How logistics tariffs have changed since April 2026

Since April 6, 2026, Ozon has changed its logistics calculation system. Instead of a volumetric approach (liters), fixed prices for routes are now in effect.

FBS: delivery has become cheaper for all volumes and goods. FBO: price reductions for goods from 5 liters; large-sized goods have become 3–4 times cheaper, improving the economics. Small goods up to 5 L (FBO): tariffs remained at the previous level with some increases.

How the cluster system and non-locality surcharge work

Ozon has replaced the average delivery time with a localization system. The entire territory is divided into 26 clusters.

Principle of the cluster system:

Sale from the buyer's cluster — no surcharge. Sale from another cluster — a surcharge is added. Surcharges range from 0 to 12% and apply only to specific non-local orders.
