How to connect your Ozon seller dashboard?

In this guide, we will explain how to set up a Torgstat connection to your Ozon seller dashboard.

Ozon has two types of API keys – Seller and Performance. The first one is responsible for products, sales, remaining stock, financial reports, etc., while the second one allows you to get detailed advertising statistics. Without a Performance API key, it is impossible to generate advertising analytics for individual item numbers.

Seller API Key

    In your Ozon seller dashboard, go to Profile → Settings → API integrations → Seller API

    Copy the Client ID value and add it to the corresponding field when setting up the connection.

    Click Generate key

    Enter any key name and select the Admin or Admin read only role

    Click Generate. Copy the obtained value and add it to the connection on the Torgstat website.

Performance API Key

    In your Ozon seller dashboard, go to Profile → Settings → API integrations → Performance API

    If you have an account in the Ozon Performance service, select it; if not, click Create account

    In the list of accounts, select the one you need and click Add key

    Copy the obtained Client ID and Client Secret into the connection on the Torgstat website.
